When I first came I wasn’t able to walk, stand or sit straight. Dr Sam has been really helpful with my recovery journey and is always listening to any concerns I have. Ariana also listens attentively to what I have to share with her and encourages me to continue doing the exercises at home. I was recommended this place by a few of my friends who are regular ‘patients’. This was when I was in a lot of pain and discomfort with lower back problem. The chiropractic treatment has been very helpful in nursing my back to an acceptable threshold. And the staff at the Marine Parade branch, where I go to for my treatment, are exceptional. Some of them I know by name, Dr Hal, Dr Alan, Jaclyn, Xavier, John, Lynn, May, Adriana, Joyce. Had bad pain in my neck, shoulders and back for the last 6 months to the point that it was hard to fall asleep for me due to back pain and lie peacefully on any side of my body. I had to go to massage almost on a weekly basis at different spa/Chinese massage places, but it didn’t help as they don’t work with bones and muscles. Then I saw Natrahea’s promotion ad on instagram and decided to try chiropractics for the first time in my life. At the first trial session they took a photo of my standing posture, analyzed it and also referred to an X-ray clinic to get x-ray after which I could see the developments in my posture and issues derived from it. I have signed up for the chiropractic adjustment course and the special massage or so called here functional wellness treatment. The first week of just 2 sessions of chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Allen already gave me relief in my neck and back and I was able to sleep. Now it’s been a second month of treatment and I’m feeling much better and have a good uninterrupted sleep. Also the functional wellness massage of 30 min is so much better than any massage I have ever received before, the practitioner had treated all my areas of issues (neck, shoulders, lower back) very well and deeply, without even the need of me pointing out to which area she needs to pay attention to. I will continue with my treatment here on a once a week treatment and definitely must start going to gym to keep the good result from my side/support the adjustments.
