I’ve been coming to Natrahea for a couple of months for chiropractic adjustments. The staff are friendly and helpful and got me get setup for regular appointments. This was my first time getting regular adjustments, and Dr Geir took me through my x-rays and some things we could do to help my spine and neck. I have mild scoliosis and this has caused some long standing issues with how I rotate my body, and I’m happy to report that after a couple of months I’m feeling much more flexible and healthy with my spine! The first couple of adjustments I was very sore afterward, but now that I’ve gotten used to them I look forward to my weekly appointments. Initially went for the free trial and was given a complementary posture analysis and later chiro adjustment. This is really helpful for those who have not been to a chiropractor before. After the trail - you have an option to pay for X-ray and a follow up review session with one more adjustment. I took up this offer as I have been suffering from neck and lower back pain since my teens due to scoliosis and ultimately wanted to know how bad my spine was. As expected, when I returned for the followed session - I was shown that my spine was in S shape and hence the pain/discomfort over the years. I then decided to sign up for the chiro plan (which is much more reasonable then paying per visit). Why I decided to sign up, well: a. skillful and knowledgeable chiropractor b. friendly people - Joey, Jesslyn and Sharon always there to greet you and attend to your queries and assist with the bookings. c. I see the results - been suffering for years and been to other few Chiros. This one seems to be best.

I have a disc bulge condition leading to numbness in my legs. After attending the functional/stretch and chiro sessions for slightly over a year, my condition improved a lot. Special mention to the caring therapists team (esp Javier, Lee Koon), the professional chiropractors (esp Dr Geir, Dr Michael) and the award-winning customer service team (esp Joey, Jeslyn). Having attended only 3 sessions, I’ve already felt improvements in my muscles and bones. Dr Britney did a detailed X-Ray review for me, explaining to me the condition of my spine and the consequences of not getting it treated. She was really professional and friendly when performing chiropractic treatment. You can trust that you’re in safe hands! Similarly, Dr Mattheus has been really dedicated to helping me loosen my muscles. The exercises he has recommended allow me work on my own when I’m home. I would also like to thank the staff. They are ever so helpful and friendly when scheduling my sessions and easing me into the treatment. I’m confident in my journey to recovery from scoliosis with kind assistance from all of them!

I have been attending chiropractic sessions solely at this outlet since September 2020, almost 8 months now. A cordial yet professional service is provided by all staff, inclusive of chiropractors and receptionists. Although I've been here for long, the chiropractors always ask where I'm hurting so they can customize each session to focus on that area. Front desk people are doing their job well too, since they will always send reminders and offer to reschedule if they are closed or doctors are not available. Keep it up, I hope this standard of service remains the same. Recommended to try the stretching and physio sessions as well to boost your recovery experience x2.
