First visited Natrahea Kovan in July due to lower back pain. After going for x-ray, Dr Eng gave a very clear and detailed diagnosis of my condition and recommended a treatment package that can help with my condition. Bought their chiropractic + therapeutic stretching package and definitely did not regret it. My lower back pain has reduced and I’ve learnt how to do proper stretching on my own. Stretching was taught by Ryan who is well-verse in tailoring the stretching positions for different patients.

Aside from the treatments, visits to the outlet have always been a pleasant one, thankful to the friendly front desk Mei Hui and consultant Kerrie. They’re always ready to attend to any of my needs. Skilled professionals and good customer service. Highly recommended!

We had been with them at Kovan branch for almost 8 years, apart from their professional chiropractic treatment and services, Kerrie and her team has always been making us feel important and cared for! Been with Natrahea for almost a year and I'm glad that my headache problem has significantly improved. It may be costly but I've decided to sign the package as I could feel the frequency of my headache reduced just after the first trial session (I had my 2nd adjustment 5 weeks later so I felt the changes within those weeks). I've stopped taking panadol for headache and it has been a few months till today alr. I used to take it at least 3times a week (was really bad). I think that's my greatest achievement over here.

Some people might be sceptical about chiropractic and I do believe that the experience depends on individuals and body condition. I recieve my chiropractic adjustment from Dr Lu since the first trial. Dr Lu is professional in explaining my problems and quick and accurate in the adjustment. He's also friendly to people around him. Now that the headache problem has improved, currently I'm focusing on my stiff neck.

No regrets on giving a try to the trial a year ago! Thank you Dr Lu and all the staffs that I've met. (:

The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. Dr Jason is a very professional chiropractor and he explained very clearly to me my x-ray results and what my conditions were. After only a few chiropractic sessions with him along with physiotherapy done by Cassandra, I felt that my lower back and neck stiffness has improved significantly. My experience with them have been great so far and I highly recommend this place for chiropractic treatment !
