The Efficiency of Functional Wellness on Chronic Low Back Disorder
Functional Wellness helps to improve the movement and function of your joints and muscles. Functional wellness can help to reduce back pain, allow you to achieve normal mobility and decrease chances of hurting your back again.
According to a study done, a total of 346 subjects were randomized to manual therapy.
Data were collected at baseline, and 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after the intervention. Outcome measures recorded the intensity of low back pain, disability, handicap, medication, and quality of life. There were 4 main variables combined in a primary component analysis to form a single outcome measure (i.e., a measure of dysfunction).
Results have shown the rehabilitation program is significantly effective in pain reduction.
